Strengths: Very strong frame and its light! I weight 200 lbs and have been racing on this bike for over a year and didn't manage to break it!
Weaknesses: Well, the bike is very stiff, so I had to put a Moxey suspension seatpost on it...other than that none!
Bottom Line:
This bike rocks! It's very fast and climbs like a mountain goat! Once you set it up right, you'll love it! The only thing left to complain will be your endurance! I would recomend this bike for XC racers and all for all around hardcore riders who expect reliability! This bike is tough! Buy it and have fun!

Strengths: very light (20 lbs) with the gear i had supplied, tough, RAPID, and great fun!!
Weaknesses: expensive to purchase Especially here in "blighty"
Bottom Line:
This bike rocks!!! its faster than a rat up a drainpipe, and makes you immediately race all your mates at every oportunity. twitchy handling when on tight single track makes this bike a blast, and a hill munching monster of a machine. this bike is for anyone who is serious about going Very Very FAST!!! if you can break one, your doing better than me, or is that you should learn the basics of riding(ie not hitting trees at 40 mph)
Bike Setup: XTR all the way through, cross max wheels, syncros kit.

Strengths: Precise Steering, fast handling, lightweight, beautiful, stiff, great paint job, great climbing & downhill, singletrail killer
Weaknesses: ? Not really found something besides the price... (German resale: $ 4000 !!!)
Bottom Line:
It's my dream Hardtail. No better thing for singletrail-surfing: precise handling, lightweight, stiff. Reliable on fast tracks (top speed so far: 58mph) and sweet on technical trails. Soon to be upgraded with a Crossmax UST wheelset. The guys mostly see it from behind on the track... Besides all that it's the most beautiful hardtail on this planet ! Love it or leave it ! I would never buy any other hardtail than a Zaskar.
P.S.: Hard to believe how someone can break this frame. Even Hans Rey did not break one in some years of trialin' !
Bike Setup: Team-Frame & paint, Full XTR, Easton Monkeylite Lowriser-Bar, Syncros post, Flite-Saddle, Easton Stem, RS SID XC, Conti Explorer-Tires, Gore Fibre-Tec, Chris King Headset, Mavic 517 Ceramic-wheelset with XTR Hubs

Strengths: Everything including the paint job, (i love it), the controls (all XTR), the lightness of the bike and everything u could think of ur bike is missing this one has, the speed!!!
Weaknesses: ummmmmm, nah i can't think of one
Bottom Line:
I loved it while i had it and am very happy i had it but i had to let it go cuz of some finacial problems but if i could've i would've kept it! a very reliable bike that is very light and has quick agility (can even be used as a trials bike)

Strengths: I have now owned this bike for about six mounts and it´s just geting better for every day I´m riding it. If you want a smooth partner on the trail don´t hesitate if you got the money.
Weaknesses: A little bit on the heavy side with my setup. But what you pay for is what you get

Strengths: THE BIKE IS LIGHT AND VERY STIFF-THE COLOR SETUP IS BEAUTIFUL-RIDES EXTREMELY SMOOTH
Weaknesses: WHEN THE HANDLEBAR SPINS, THE BARS WILL MAKE CONTACT WITH THE TOP TUBE-ALSO THE STEM HAS BEEN REPLACED DUE TO BENDIING
Bottom Line:
THE BIKE IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER RIDDEN, THE ONLY THING THAT SUCKS IS THAT I HAD TO SELL TWO OTHER BIKES IN ORDER TO BUY THIS ONE. BUT YOU HAVE TO SPEND OVER $2 GRAND IF YOU WANT A TOP OF THE LINE HARDTAIL
Strengths: Great climber, excellent cross-country racer.
Weaknesses: Two cracked frames in 18 months. Both frames developed a crack at top front of weld where seat tube goes through top tube. I'm 43 years old, a middle of the pack sport class racer, no trials riding, weigh 165 lbs. GT has been good about warranting the frames so far. Can't belive I'm the only one breaking these things.
It had to be good, cause I waited almost five months for the frame. It goes like hell, exactly 10 kg. with everything on it. I would recommend every racer this bike. It has great looks but you to pay big bucks to own it.
