Strengths:    Lack of weight, stiffness, quality welding, paintjob, strikes fear into the hearts of anyone riding mere MTB's, Headshock for steering precision.

Weaknesses:    Price!! But then you buying a frame and fork.

Bottom Line:
Hot machine. This goes like a rocket up hills. Got great service from the Local Agent, who sized me. Have a strange set up as I tried a sort of Genesis arrangement. I could fit both the large(18) and the med (16) so I opted for the bigger bike to be further behind the front axle. extra weight meansnothing if bike fits properly and this one is just fine.
Bike flies down single track. Just keep your eye on where you want the bike to be (on the trail knucklehead)and the bike follows. Cannondale should name their steering set up THOUGHT CONTROL,it's that precise. Fork is not as plush as Manitou SX I used before but I would'nt go back now. Upgrading to an Air / Oil Unit soon & Mavic Wheels. Those Dolomites have a really aweful rear hub.

Can't beat the performance at this price. great value.
