Strengths: Nice and light with good angles.Weaknesses: ALL components are weak and entry level. The only parts i have not broken are the stem and handlebars, the front brake and the seat post. I even broke the frame right at the welds at the head tubeBottom Line: Total waste of money. This bike is more problem than its worth. Plus, all service or waranty isues will take forever(3 months for my broken fork)

Strengths: Cheap, light.Good frame.Weaknesses: Component reliabilityBottom Line: Looked at Gary Fisher Marlin before buying the Brodie. Should have went with the Fischer. Recurring problems with stock brakes not resetting properly. Bike shop comped some Shimano brakes- problem solved. Seatpost stripped after 1 month. Crank skips- water inside somehow. Lots of nagging little problems with components.

Strengths: I think it has been working very strong and solid for me!!!!
the frame is great and she rides great!!! nice and smooth.Weaknesses: I think that one of the weeknesses is that the rims that came with it arent that great(sunrims) i think that they should put like maverick qr-220's on it to make a better solid racing and croos crountry bike!!!Bottom Line: is that i think that it is a great bike i think it is strong derible and reliable I think except for today cause my brake pad was rubbing against my tire and it went trew and popped my inner tube!!! but yes that is my fault!!!
