Strengths: best climbing bike there is. super strong, light wxcellent singletrack handling. simply the best frame there is.Weaknesses: it is not made anymore, you have to find a used one or find o new one that never sold. some would say the 1 inch headset is a weakness, but you can still get forks and partsBottom Line: if you can find one of these buy it. this bike has not changed much at all over the years. it climbs, descends, and holds up better than any other frame. steel is still the best. it doesnt creak its light, my bike weighs 24 pounds, and it is way strong. this bike will make you a better rider. best singletrack bike ever made. until someone makes a better bike than this i am keeping mine, and i know it will still be together. happy searching.
