Strengths:
Sweet carbon frame, very responsive yet forgiving. Hammers up climbs, tracks well when your rippin downhill. LIFETIME CRASH WARRANTY!!
Weaknesses:
Paint chips if you sneeze at it. Anti chain suck guard sucks. Very loud chain slap noise on chainstay, fixed with a tube and zip ties.
Bike Setup:
XT/XTR, Manitou SX Ti, Crossmax wheels, Chris King headset, Monkeylite bar(sweet), WTB saddle and rubber
Bottom Line:
I took a chance with Aegis' firt attempt in mountain frames. They build a great carbon frame. Kick ass cross-country ride. I just want a new paint job.
