Strengths:
great riding bike, good for rough trail, and downhill riding
Weaknesses:
gets heavy on long climbs
Bike Setup:
crossmax wheels most XT XTR with LX brakes
Bottom Line:
I changed to this bike from a hardtail and had never tried a fullsuspension on the trail before but riding this bike did not require much getting used to and is the best bike I have ever rode

Favorite Trail:
Bane Ridge, Chino Hills
Duration Product Used:

Strengths:
Unbelievably solid platform. Long cockpit, good standover height because of monocoque frame. Massive stays, great for power freaks or big guys like me. BEAUTIFUL workmanship and detail.
Weaknesses:
None if you have the money. Took a few rides to get used to the squishy feel on steep climes. I think you loose just a little power transfer in the rear suspension compared to a URT, but a trade off worth while on the downhills and single tracks!
Similar Products Used:
Schwinn S-10
Bike Setup:
Z1 Bam, Mavic Crossmax Discs, & all XTR.
Bottom Line:
I rode a Schwinn S-10 before. There is simply no comparison. The Ventana is such a superior bike in every way except climbing, but that is a trade worth while.
