Strengths:    Excellent geometry
light weight
awesome handling
easy adjuctable rear suspension (fox Float-R)

Weaknesses:    None that I have found yet!

Bottom Line:   
This is an awesome full suspensio cross-country mountain bike offering anything that you can give it. Worth every $
