Strengths: Light frame.Good brakesWeaknesses: Gear mechanismBottom Line: Good bike for ameture downhill riders.Cheap, reliable downhill bike that could make a an ameture go pro.No other bike that i have riden has felt as comfortable and as nice to ride as the saracen havoc. If any one was going out to buy a cheap downhill bike the saracen havoc would be the best bike to go for.

Strengths: The Raw handels very well, looks quite good, cheapWeaknesses: very heavy, small suspention, un reliable while downhill racing.Bottom Line: This is a good bike for people who want a cheap full suspention bike like me, but is to heavy for it's job. The suspentions could be bigger and the gears should work for the price i paid fo it. It's good for going to the shop and back, but thats about all its good for. Two of my friends have the same bike and both of them have broken, like mine.

Strengths: Very good value for the specifications.Looks good.Weaknesses: Its wieght, around 18 kilograms.Bottom Line: This bike is ideal for people with a low budget, or those who enjoy doing a bit of down-hilling but don't want to fork out over a grand for a bike. The Shockworks DH2 fork offers about 4 inches of travel and has ajustable compression and rebound. The rear shock is a spring with similar travel and is also ajustable. The bike is suprisingly supple for the price. My mates Saracen Raw bike, also full suspension felt rigid compared. It wieghs about 18 kilograms which isn't too bad for full suspension, but you tend to notice yourself slowing down quickly when climbing. It has Tioga Factory tires. Shimano-acera gears with nice looking 'quickfire' levers. (I hate gripshift) And v-brakes that seem to do the job.
The bike looks good and rides really well. It can handle almost anything a trail can through at it. Most of the components are quality and the bike is well built. Anyone looking for a great value Downhill bike for hitting trails with or just mucking around on, I recomend this bike. R.M.
