Strengths: Having almost finished building up this 2XS, it seems to be superstrong; Beautiful finish on the carbon fiber.Weaknesses: Not the lightest frame & fork, but am hoping their strength will be worth the weight. And I'd prefer to err on the overbuilt side, rather than be breaking something all the time.Bottom Line: Bike is nearly finished...still have a minor cable stop issue @ the front derailleur. Need to change the (splined)bb axle length to correct chainline. Am considering Stan's tubeless kit, but would like more info on it first (please?). Curious about the other 2xs's out there, are they alive & well, or otherwise? Planning to get it really dirty ASAP. These ratings are based only on the project to date, will kiss & tell after we've gone out for a while.
Favorite Trail: the ones outside
Duration Product Used: Tested or demo'ed only
Similar Products Used: None...this is my 3rd project, first f.s.
Bike Setup: Marzocchi Jr. T; Fox Vanilla; Avid Mechanicals w/ SD7 levers & Flak Jackets; SRAM 11-34/7.0's/Flak Jackets; Geax's on Sun Disk-Specific rims w/ straight 14g black DT's, alloy nipples, & Hugi's.
