I mainly ride technical single track and the bike rides it great , it is also used for some freeride and is very comfortable in that arena as well, This bike can handle anything you throw at it provided you have proper shocks on each end . This bike rode great until the frame broke just above the bottom bracket after one month of riding, I thought it could have been just a manufacturing flaw until a month later it broke again in the same place. Thankfully Raleigh agreed to replace the bike with a Diamondback, but this bike is not for you if you are going to ride it hard. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

Integrated headset is good, It seem to make sharp turns an ease. Great for all around types of riding. | | Weaknesses: | DNM rear shocks are'nt good. I actually built it up. Picked up the frame for 200$ and put some of my spare parts on it. I think this bike is awesome for freerides/downhills. I've been riding it almost daily everywhere I go and it seems to take all the punishments I put it thru. I'd definitely recommend this bike for riders who does'nt care much about weight coz it's heeaa-vy. Overall, great bike for anybody who does'nt have much money like myself. It is ready to go not nessecary to upgrade anything. | | Weaknesses: | Broke the frame, but raleigh replaced it. | | Similar Products Used: | cannondale,m7000(worth the upgrade to 8000) | | Bike Setup: | Totally stock except stiffer springs. | | Bottom Line: | All the bike you need at a low price.
