Submitted by Michael Parker a Weekend Warrior from Kitchener, Ontario
Date Reviewed: May 21, 2004
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Strengths:This bike is great on the downhills and can really take some rough treatment.
Weaknesses:Back heavy due to the full suspension, not too nimble. If the rider isn't strong or it can't bull it's way through, you might find yourself in trouble.
Bike Setup:Typical
Bottom Line:I've had this bike for almost three years and ridden it in several hard races and all winter long (Canadian winter). It's a fantastic bike for tough slogs, trails and demanding hills, but don't expect to be doing technical trails unless you're a stronger rider. It's a great bike for breaking in a new rider as it can take the punishement.
