Strengths: Great frame matched up with a great rear rst. weight is alright for the frame type
Weaknesses: front shock has to go. I got rid of mine and put on a awsome downhill rst to match the rear and what a difference. tires cound be a bit wider and the pivot could be a better brand considering mine went bad
Bottom Line:
this bike is great for the money can't be beat. and a great set up for upgrading. get a good frint shock, leave the back, get wider tires (2.35 work great) and then the bike will handle what you throw at it

Im a beginner and this bike works for me, its rad to ride on if you arent on extreme trails, its fun but the front shocks suck, good bike for your money...NORCO ROXX!!!

Strengths: good shifting, decent brakes, tires are o.k, decent hubs
Weaknesses: crank spindle bent and twisted, seat came apart, pivot point bearing wore out, bearings crushed on the crank spindle, rear shock came apart, one of fork caps came out.
Bottom Line:
not a bad bike for for the price and if your a beginner it should hold up for you. It just doesn't cut it for my 190 lbs of raw muscle and 5 foot wheelie drops.
Bike Setup: shimano ez fire shifters, sis derailleurs front & rear, y2000 rims, formula hubs, shimano crank, sr suntour 7700 fork, kenda tires, tektro v brakes, wellgo platfrom pedals.

Strengths: it's me again shaun and i would like to say that the strengths are that the back suspesion is good and the frame is good.
Weaknesses: the bike is quite heavy and the front suspension SUCKS! i am now replacing the shocks with bombers 300$ or more for them.
Bottom Line:
the bottom line is that the bike is for fun but i am replacing my shocks so i can go a little bit more extrem right now i am going off about 1 1/2 foot drops soon once i get my new shocks i will be going off of 2 or 3 and mabe 4 or 5 in a year or two. i give the rating 4 but once i replace the shocks i give it......4 in a half but i can put that.
