Duration Product Used:2 Years
Strengths:fast ,light for price, hill climbs well ,easy to up grade eg disks
Weaknesses:I haven't found any
Bottom Line:great bike for a woman who wants a bit more comfort down hill and it lets you climb like a hard tail it has improved my biking so much .bike shop told me to try this bike and I wasn"t looking for a replacemnt for my old f/s mongoose but as soon as I felt the difference I had to have it It is geared well for speed as well I have up graded to h/disks

Favorite Trail:Longbeach North
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $900.00
Strengths:good suspension front and rear. Good component selection and value. Stable disk brakes. Excellent smooth shifting drivetrain. Nice color scheme. Nice weight.
Weaknesses:The bars could be a little narrower.
Similar Products Used:Giant ds1
Kona stinky
Bike Setup:Stock plus new seat.
Bottom Line:This bike is excellent value. I couldn't find a bike with this kind of component selection in this price range 900us.
Rides very stiff for a full-suspension bike. Feels like a hard tail on road surfaces. The disks are a plus.

Date Reviewed: July 26, 2000
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Strengths:balanced suspension
good value for money
Weaknesses:finishing parts could be better
Similar Products Used:Gary Fisher Sugar
Bottom Line:If your looking for a cheap, light full suspension bike this should definitely be on your shortlist. With good suspension there is little to say against this bike. The parts package is nothing special but it is clear that the designers have put their efforts into the frame. The front and rear seem to be pretty evenly matched with little bob at the back.
