Submitted by Dolamite a Downhiller from reno, NV
Date Reviewed: June 17, 2002
Favorite Trail:sticks and stones
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $1100.00
Purchased At:online
Strengths:Very good bike for the money. Not too easy to bottom, a new back shock would help adjustability. The frame is not too heavy, and is capable of big hits, yet soft enough for fast, tech rides.
Weaknesses:rear shock does not stay sealed
Similar Products Used:cheatah prowler, gsr mach 8, stab primo, armegeddon, dominatrix
Bike Setup:Iron horse SGS DH, white bros. DH-2, cane creek crono dh wheelset, intense tires
Bottom Line:Decent bike for the money, I like to ride northstar as well as freeride some of the local trails and jumps. It also handles the drops I do too.
