Strengths: great frame, fork is alright however it is not adjustable and you may want to change it to something better like rock shox tora or something.Weaknesses: gears dont change well, back shocker is poor no name crap and after a while it will not work well.Bottom Line: if you bother to put money into improving the gears and the back shocker. this would be a great bike

Strengths: Dirt Cheap!Weaknesses: Nothing! The RST 280 sucks the big one! The derailleur never would shift into the gears you wanted no matter how many times you justed it. The piviot came loose on me after 1 month of riding and you can't fix it. After 4 months I managed to just about completely strip the cassette so everyone of the gears skip.Bottom Line: Don't buy it, unless you don't plan on keeping it on the road and off of drops. And be prepared to spend more money on parts than the bike was worth.

Strengths: Frame, took off everything else.Weaknesses: Base model RST suspension , Grip shift that's all over the place, seat which I bent the first ride, and just about everything else. Also could have had a bit more clearance on the rear 2.1 is the biggest tyre you can squeeze on.Bottom Line: Bought it for the Hell 7005 Alum frame after spending a **** load of money it's starting to come together as a downhiller (Maybe I should have waited for the Ironhorse SGS-DH) Are well building them is half the fun, isn't it ?

Strengths: Great looks, rides well and verrrrry strong frame and price.Weaknesses: front, rear suspensionBottom Line: If your are starting out and want a bike to break you into the rigours of trail riding then this is the one for you. This bike has served me well in the past year I haven't had a lot of chances to rip it through lots of trails, but the trails I went through were great. I would recommend this bike to anyone who wants to look good at a low price, the components are not of the highest quality but they are fine until you are ready to upgrade. I love this bike and can't wait to fit the carbon spinergeys to it, it will look even better so happy riding.

Strengths: The look is awesome compared to other dual suspension bikes on campus and the trails. Its light so when you get a flat carrying it home on your shoulders is child's play. The rear suspension gives a really great comfort to the lower back when heading down rough declines. The setting the handle bars have (which are close together) and the length of the neck gives a nice center of gravity feel when you have to get on it and when you have to pull back and put your butt on the back tire. Overall a smooth ride.Weaknesses: When I went downhill riding into mud all was well except the gears wouldnt shift properly. I guess thats a way of saying dont go 45mph downhill into a mudpit and expect to shift and pedal out of it. Also never get pissed at a bad run by picking the G-8 over your head and throwing it into a flooded ditch, it screws up the rear suspension bolt to where it shakes when you ride and the rear de-railer wont give you the gears when you want them. Other than extreme, stupid riding, this bike is it.Bottom Line: This bike is it for beginner riders and those who want to get into the groove of dual suspension bikes. Just do me a favor, if you ride it to class make sure it doesnt look like showroom material. This bike was made to be covered in mud, dirt, and sweat. So hey campus riders, take the LONG way to class!!!!!!!!

Strengths: Its strong frame.
Looks cool.
Weaknesses: Front Suspension RST 280.
21 - Speed.Bottom Line: Sine i have only had this bike for 3 weeks i can't give it a good review, but from what i have done so far it has been awesome. Without better front forks it's not to good, but with my new Rock Shox's and disc bracks my weekend rides have been so sweat. So yeah i would have to say it's a good bike for average bush bashing. If upgraded you will be able to take on any track with ease.

Strengths: The frame is so strong, it's affordable.. compared to other dual suspension bikes.Weaknesses: The rear shock really sucks, it broke after only 3 months.Bottom Line: I both this bike from a friend 6 months ago. I'm starting in this sport, I'm not a agrssive ride but I still broked the rear shock! The front shock is not so bad even if it's a RST. I think that the price is a little to high, here in Canada, it sells for 900$, I think it's a little too much.
