Strengths:Can take a lot of abuse. Handles great and rides smooth
Weaknesses:Doesn't have a detachable deraileur hanger.
Bike Setup:1999 intense M1 frame. 2003 Marzocchi Monster T. Avalanche rear shock.
Bottom Line:My set up rides great and this is a pretty good frame.

Strengths:awesome!!! everything is great!! i love this thing!! takes turns, beating, and even cliffs great!!
Weaknesses:none. not kidding
Similar Products Used:lenz sport custum built but still is nothing compaired to the m-1

Bottom Line:this is the best bike you can ride. if you are a dh rider BUY THIS BIKE!!! it is awesome!!!

Strengths:Takes all the big hits..With the big seat it feels way more stable. This bike is smooth ina ll situations..Drops, speed, mud..You name it..It is truly the best machine..I have riden Rm 9, Giant, VPS 1, and none of them come even close
Weaknesses:One must try all the settings to find the best one that fits you..Once you reach that point, enjoy the ride
Bike Setup:Manitous, race face, XTR
Bottom Line:The money is worth all the way. This bike is a tank that will go through anything.. at the same time it can be very smooth and manouverable. If you like downhill and nice big drops, this is the bike to go for

Bottom Line:You need an M1 to be competetive. It will take the big hits and drops but is plush enough for the little things. It gives you the confidence to go fast. I love mine but have to sell it for financial reasons :(

Strengths:The M1 is the strongest bike I have ever riden. Truly the best bike in the world with a plush 8" rear end. The only DH bike that is infinitly adjustable. Will take a beating...
Weaknesses:The cost.
Similar Products Used:Nothing compares.
Bike Setup:M1, x-vert carbon, xtr, mrp, hayes discs, sun ringle hubs.
Bottom Line:You will never ride another bike again as long as you own an M1.

Strengths:
The bike rides smooth, it's like riding on a cloud, even when i'm going down a mountian. The tires grip well in all elements, although i haven't tried it in snow yet.
Weaknesses:
It has none. I love my bike.

Ive riden the cannondale killer v 200 and my bud says her Kona manomano is even better than this bike...i think she did a review too.
Bottom Line:Bottom line--this bike kicks ass.
