Strengths:    Fox Vanilla Air FLOAT R rear shock (2" travel), RockShoX Judy XC, highly manoeverable. Climbs like a hardtail!

Weaknesses:    None

Bottom Line:   
I ride very fast cross country trails, and the ATX990 just soaks up everything. This bike really rocks!

Strengths:    Price competitiveness
Disk brakes


Weaknesses:    Heavy weight
Equipped with soft suspension for front (because I use it for XC)


Bottom Line:   
No bother to buy when ATX-990 will be equipped with lighter accessory.
