Strengths:    Solid frame for a clydesdale rider like myself. Excellent component specs. Magura hydros rule! Cool colors. Made in USA?? Inexpensive..considering. Climbs well for F.S. Formula hubs have sealed bearings. Adjustable travel is awesome

Weaknesses:    Pivots work loose. (Use loctite) Thompson seatposts are not for heavy duty riders(200lbs +) Geax tires have thin sidewalls. Formula freewheels..junk

Bottom Line:
Buy this bike if pounding down single track is your thing. If it breaks...send it back ..it's guaranteed. Component group is all but flawless. Ride hard!!

Don't buy if you are a weight conscience geek looking for a sub 25lb. bike and insist on paying top dollar for an equally efficient brand name bike.

Strengths:    rear suspension design, good component selection with only a few problems, magura brakes, frame is tough as nails. Sweet A$$ looks

Weaknesses:    got rid of most of them (crank, fork) working on the rest (pedals, stem)

Bottom Line:
This is a great bike for those on a budget, you get alot of great components. It will be an even better bike when you get rid of the weak links, a great frame to build on. You can do almost anything you want with this bike, that's the real beauty of it. It took me 6 months to pick out this bike and after a year and a half, I know I made the right choice. "NOW GET ON YOUR BIKE AND RIDE!"

Strengths:    Sturdy looking frame, good components, fairly cheap,Diamond give you a new frame if you damage you's

Weaknesses:    I put monster T's on the bike and 1 month later i tore the frame apart at the stem/top tube

Bottom Line:
great frame until you put a long travel fork on the bike and hit 15 foot drop off's, other wise cheap and trust worthy, good big if it is your second full sus,not for a person just starting biking

Strengths:    The light frame allows me to do a lot more tricks and manuevers than with my old bike. It has very strong parts and the frame seems to withstand a lot of pounding.

Weaknesses:    when you shift while pedaling uphill, the derailer seems to slip if your not carefull, but its no big deal.

Bottom Line:
Its an awesome bike for the money. Im not kidding around when i say that i went riding with my friend and it outlasted his bike and it was a Specialized. It handles great in the mountain and is an all around good looking bike , especially when you get fenders for it. You should definately buy it and give it a try.

Strengths:    Bike Feels great, perfect balance with excellent maneuverability. disc brakes are quality. Bike weight is on the heavy side but a good thing due to being a downhill style bike. Everything adjusts with ease and remains in position even under harsh conditions.

Weaknesses:    Tires, I do not care for the thin walls. With in my first 2 hours of riding I blew the front tube. Flats can happen no matter how new the bike is or what brand of tire you have. But could not help noticing the monster tires wall seem to be the same material as the tube itself :) Last it does not agree with most bike racks.

Bottom Line:
It is a perfect combination of components and price. The performance is top notch and even the color scheme is cool. 6X and 2X comes with Disc brakes. Not recommended for cross country uphill riding due to cushy suspension but can be adjusted to tolerate on short hills. But if that’s what your looking to do, buy a rigid tail. This bike is great for moderate downhill and awesome for slalom. Bike prices out around $1,300 – $1,499. I would highly recommend this bike.

Strengths:    This bike comes with some good stuff at a great price, and is built here in the USA. I looked for a while and this was the best deal for a full suspension with disk brakes. Its list price is around $1600 but it can be had for around $1000. I love the color it's not real flashy, Magura Brakes

Weaknesses:    I have not found much, but keep an eye on those pivot bolts.
Its a little on the heavy side (so I'm going have to lose some and thats ok with me)

Bottom Line:
Great bike, it's stock set-up is designed to be a freeride,
but I wanted a reailiable (no air shocks) longer travel full suspension X-C bike with disc's. This bike is up to the challange, the trade off is it's weight. With my set up
it weighed in at 30lbs. This bike is a little heavier then my previous bike but because of it's efficient suspension design I did not notice that at all, as matter of fact I got FASTER on the X-6. The bike is a good climber, it may not be as fast as some but it does dig in and climbs with authority especially if it is technical. Once your up on that ridge trail it makes up time in a hurry, it floats over the nasty stuff and when the trail turns downhill look out because it is a missile that can stop and turn on a newt's ass. It a great all around trail bike. No regrets

Strengths:    excels on technical decents
great buy for the money

Weaknesses:    climbing (but I didn't buy it to climb with)

Bottom Line:
this bike kicks a** its a great deal and rides great. It likes to go fast and do big drops plus you can take it for an occasional x-country ride if you get sick of your hard tail. Derby cycle does sell a DH link for the bike which I plan on ordering this week which gives an extra 1" of travel. If any one wants more info on it e mail me I have the part #.

ps. the bike doesn't need any of the upgrades I put on mine I just happen to work in a shop and get a great deal on parts plus I ride really aggressive.

buy it ,ride it,have fun

Strengths:    Magura Louise disc brakes, Thompson Elite seatpost, RockShock Deluxe rear shock

Weaknesses:    Linkages do loosen up

Bottom Line:
This bike rocks! The ride is very plush no matter what you throw at it. Comes spec'ed with some very good components considering the price. This bike is great right out of the box but I got a great deal on the Marzocchi Z1 CR and I could not pass it up. It made a great bike even better. Some reviews say it is a little heavy but I haven't noticed it. I guess that I have never owned a really light bike anyway. Besides, once you point this thing downhill you forget all about the work it took to get to the top. It soaks up all the hits, large and small. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a good, full suspension free ride bike at a reasonable price.

Strengths:    Adjustable travel for both front shocks and rear suspension. Quality components for the price. I paid $2200.00 CDN. Decent colour scheme for this model.

Weaknesses:    none so far

Bottom Line:
I have only put on less than 100Km so far but really find the ride plush and is a better climber than I had expected. The bike is only 1 lb. heavier than my Kona hardtail. I have the large size frame and it weighed in at 31.1 lbs. on a digital scale at the bike shop. So far I can't complain about anything. The suspension soaks up both the small and large stuff out on the trails with equal ease. You can stay in the saddle going over rooty sections and it just flys going downhill and gives you good control. I will check back in after I put more time in on it.

Strengths:    Alot of bike for the money
Comes with Magura Louise disk brakes

Weaknesses:    Check the pivots they tend to loosen up
Don't really like the LX HollowTech cranks

Bottom Line:
The bike performs very well. The suspention design is very simular the the Specialized FSR series. It doesn't have a horst link, though. It's great when the trail turns down. A little on the heavy side for long trail rides, but climbs well for a dually. The rear end does not bob that much as long as you stay smooth. The fork will bob in the stock setup and expecially if you put a five inch travel fork on there. The Judy race fork is great for the value. It's very plush. The fork will flex some when the trail turns narly but works quite well. The Magura disks are great. So easy to set up. Just bolt them on and ride. Get the bike, ride it hard and love it.
