Strengths:
A lot of travel for the weight. This thing really does get 4 full inches, front and rear. The way I have mine set up, I'm at 24.4 lbs.

Bottom Line:
I've always liked the no-nonsense geometry of the Turner/Ellsworth double-boinger designs, but not the price. Dean/McMahon have a nice solution in this entirely US made aluminum frame. The mail-order guys at Dirt King made sure I built it up the way I needed it to be. I also did not want some goofy freeride monster weight hog of a ride either. After I dialed the suspension in, with the help of the folks at SAB, this thing screams. I experience only the slightest amount of bounce on ascents, and descents feel confident, sure-footed and FAST.

Strengths:
Great control on just about any downhill action.

Weaknesses:
Limited on what forks you can use with this bike... I'd suggest anything over 4 travel.

Bottom Line:
For half the money of the Ellsworth Truth or Tuner, you can't go wrong with this bike.
If you ask me Dean makes some of the best bikes out there.
