Strengths:    Very smooth riding bike, not too heavy, feels really good.

Weaknesses:    swing arm tends to be the weak point of the bike, first frame cracked near the head tube, the swing arm cracked in half completly.. NOT to mention the HORRIBLE customer service and no warranty.

Bottom Line:
awsome racing bike for light-medium weight riders. Not good for heavy riding or big drops.. I don't trust the frame enough for that. Or the company... took months to get my swingarm and they very very rude and made me pay for it...they arn't that well known, so they should be giving excellent service so people talk good, instead people only talk badly about the service. Great bike but much better choices out there.

Strengths:    not too heavy, great suspension design, pedals very well for a 7" single pivot bike, soaks up anything you can throw at it, can take a front derraileur, looks sweet, inexpensive, good geometry, great construction

Weaknesses:    front derraileur mount gets mud inside the frame, but just put some tape over it and you're set. seatpost is not a regular size, i had some compatability issues. stock spring is too soft.

Bottom Line:
great frame, unbeatable price, amazing pedaler, overall awesome bike for freeride, dh and rough trailriding

Strengths:    Good craftsmanship, simple, pedals good, stout but not too heavy.

Weaknesses:    Chainline. Had to run a 128mm BB to run 2 rings/bashring on RaceFace NS cranks. Works fine though.

Bottom Line:
Works good. I can pedal up hills even with my 40lb build-up. Goes like mad downhill, handles good, reliable.

Strengths:    Megla plush, pretty light,

Weaknesses:    Small company. . .compatibility problems. . .

Bottom Line:
Megla sweet bike, i actually traded my 2001 bullit for the prowler, and was lovin it. . .i ran a psylo on it for a while, and it just didnt feel right, when i trew the s8 on it, it completed it, big fan of this bike. . .although i dod have to get a brake adapter and derallieur hangers custom machined, the cheeta dudes are pretty cool about warranty stuff, if you call them. . .oh, and wierd seat post size (30.9) makes for little selection. . .the prowler is just right for everything. . .freeride, Dh, big hits. . .whatever you want to throw at it. . .i like it alot. . .
