Submitted by reno a Weekend Warrior from campbell river, b.c.
Date Reviewed: November 8, 2003
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $900.00
Purchased At:urban lemming
Strengths:stiff light frame, pretty good components.has great ergonomics truly a fun bike that has held up well through some very rough xcountry,a good xcountry ride!
Weaknesses:rims are a little light for large or very agressive riders.
Similar Products Used:shwinn moab,giant warp
Bike Setup:stock mostly with the change of a 800lb rear spring
Bottom Line:i bought mine on a half price sale, but to be honest,if i'd paid the full $1800 for it,i think it would still be a good deal!!! i see this bike as a great xcountry choice, but not suited for downhill or heavy abuse.

Strengths:Very light for a dual. It has a very quick response and can take a lot.

Favorite Trail:sumthin knarly
Duration Product Used:3 months
Strengths:NOTHING
well hmmm yea NOTHING
Weaknesses:THE SHOCKTHE REAR SHOCK BLEW AFTER 2 WEEKS, THE DERAILERS SUKK, THE WHEELS NEED MAJOR STEROIDS TO MAKE THEM EVEN CLOSE TO TOUGH ENOUGH, THE BREAKS DONT EVEN SLOW THE BIKE DOWN AND THE CRANKS
IVE NEVER SEEN SOMTHING SO WEAK
Similar Products Used:brodie thumper foes, kona stinky
EVERY THINGS BETTER THAN THIS THING
Bike Setup:STOCK WELL ACCEPT FOR THE BROKEN STUFF
O WAIT EVERYTHINGS BROKEN
Bottom Line:A $H!t BIKE. NOT WORTH $10 BUCKS. THE THING WAS FALLIN APART AFTER THE FIRST RIDE
THE ONLY COOL THING ABOUT IT WAS IT LOOKED KINDA BEEFY WHEN I PICKED IT UP SO I THOUGHT IT COULD TAKE A BEETING

I TOLD MY BUDY IM GONNA HAVE PROBLEMS BREAKIN THIS FRAME
WELL THINK AGAIN

Submitted by Robert Conzatti a from Kelowna BC
Date Reviewed: August 26, 2000
Favorite Trail:spinkopf
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $1150.00
Purchased At:Gerrick Cycle
Strengths:good downhill control even over rough stuff, predictable ride no surprises. Well balanced, easy shifting even under
uphill loads.
Weaknesses:I get chain suck on almost every other ride
Similar Products Used:coming from a no suspension Mongoose IBOC Sport
Bike Setup:stock
Bottom Line:For the weekend warrior it's an awsome bike, the buds have a
hard time keeping up to me. It's a great bike for the more
technical trails and jumps. One spectacular wipe out bike
came out OK, I had the shorts ripped off of me and serious
road rash (my fault panicked during a steep decline on a
single track down a dried creek bed between trees.)
