$900.00 | | Purchased At: | urban lemming | | Strengths: | stiff light frame, pretty good components.has great ergonomics truly a fun bike that has held up well through some very rough xcountry,a good xcountry ride! | | Weaknesses: | rims are a little light for large or very agressive riders. | | Similar Products Used: | shwinn moab, giant warp | | Bike Setup: | stock mostly with the change of a 800lb rear spring | | Bottom Line: | i bought mine on a half price sale, but to be honest,if i'd paid the full $1800 for it,i think it would still be a good deal!!! i see this bike as a great xcountry choice, but not suited for downhill or heavy abuse. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$1150.00 | | Purchased At: | Gerrick Cycle | | Strengths: | good downhill control even over rough stuff, predictable ride no surprises. Well balanced, easy shifting even under uphill loads. | | Weaknesses: | I get chain suck on almost every other ride | | Similar Products Used: | coming from a no suspension Mongoose IBOC Sport | | Bike Setup: | stock | | Bottom Line: | For the weekend warrior it's an awsome bike, the buds have a hard time keeping up to me. It's a great bike for the more technical trails and jumps. One spectacular wipe out bike came out OK, I had the shorts ripped off of me and serious road rash (my fault panicked during a steep decline on a single track down a dried creek bed between trees.)
