Submitted by Bigfoot a Cross Country Rider from Regina, Saskatchewan,Canada
Date Reviewed: October 31, 2000
Favorite Trail:Wascana Trails
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $900.00
Purchased At:Dutches Cycle
Strengths:Excellent frame geomatry
Bike Setup:Deore/STX-RC deraileurs
Switched the front forks with my Marzocci bombers off my Kona.
Bottom Line:Will upgrade deraileurs later as I prefer XT components but an all round excellent bike. Fun to ride and a huge improvement over me old Kona hardtail.
I switched to full suspension because of fused disks in my neck making it extremly uncomfortabe to ride a hardtail even on ashpalt.
Would recommend this bike to anyone thinking of going to a full suspension for the first time. Brodie makes an excellent product and made in Canada to Boot eh!
