Strengths:    Quality stock components. Took me to a NAG 7, and Disctrict Championship, and State Championship in 2000. Short top tube a boon to riders 5'8" and under. Nice tight rear triangle makes it all the easier to suck up the rear end as you clear the lip of an obstacle. Stable but very quick handling.

Weaknesses:    Too much flex in the bottom bracket. Comes stock with 180mm cranks and with short top tube set-up a better choice would be better 175mm cranks for the shorter riders that this bike will appeal to.

Bottom Line:
Too bad this line of bikes has been discontinued.

Strengths:    strong light colourfull its a 24! its nippy but stable small enough to be nimble big enough to be comfortable

Weaknesses:    big thick stickers look cheap very low front end the tyres aren't up to much and mud clearense on rear triangle is non existent

Bottom Line:
as a race cruiser this bike was perfec if a little low for me. I ride bmx this bike was to be an offroad bike so modifications were needed. the pace forks were added 'cos i got em for £50 not because of performance!!! this enabled the fitting of a front v brake (movable brake bosses) but the xtr v is way too powerful for the paces plastic!!!!! clamp on bosses. with a raised front end and a slacker head angle this bikes charecter totally changes from sketchy bmx racer/cruiser to a very well mannered yet nippy dual/downhill bike. shame it will only fit a 2.25 tyre in the bck
