The Metropolis is a specialists tool for riding streets, in skate parks and at the dirt jumps. A bomb-proof build with everything you need and nothing that you don't. Short wheelbase (395mm)and 24" wheels make the bike ultra flickable and responsive. The bike is hand built and full of small details that most big brand bikes don't offer, such as Cro-Mo railed saddles, high end aftermarket h-bars, and wheels that are built and trued by hand. We spec'd our wide flange Coaster SS in the rear for an ultra stable wheel, a cut down PURE4130 h-bar with long cable so your bike is barspin happy.
Strengths: Great feeling, nice colours, good components.
Weaknesses: Pretty heavy (14.5 kg), the grips are horrible!
Bottom Line:
I love this bike. Much better than Kona Shred and Specialized P2 Cro-Mo. Nice feeling and an awesome look. If you don't have much money, buy this bike!
