NS Bike Core BMX Bike

5/5 (1 Reviews)

Product Description

The Core is a hardtail freeride, urban assault machine, built for going big and going fast. The core of mountain biking. This bike will do it all and is built to take a lot of pounding while still being light enough to be used at 4X racing events. The bike is hand built and full of small details that most big brand bikes don't offer, such as Cro-Mo railed saddles, high end aftermarket h-bars, and wheels that are built and trued by hand. We spec'd a chainguide instead of the front derailleur that you'd find on most bikes in this price range, and you get a replaceable rear derailleur hanger in the build.

Strengths:    Everything especially frame and forks. Many people dont like the thru-axle but its great!! They also have air preload.

Weaknesses:    None apart from mechanical dics at that price they are still good ones though.

Bottom Line:
A fantastic freeride hardtail that can do anything. BUY i=IT!!!

Lightweight core padding for XC, all moutain, enduro riding one idustries exo jacket

I did not see the one industries exo jacket on the user reviews but wanted to give my 2cents. I tried a few other companies lightweight core padding like dainese rhyolite vest which is extremely overpriced and is really undersized. A 2xl in the dainese was still way to small for a 6'4'' 220lb person ... Read More »

Installed the gnar-core

Hey guys, I got my Ripley in May of 2013, so I didn't have the gnar-core or the cable dice on my bike for all of last year. This week I decided to install the core, and re-cable the bike as I was dealing with some fraying cables. Taking the bike apart wasn't bad, but trying to get that rear ... Read More »

Kuat NV Core problem - U-bar locking bit falling out

Not sure what the hell to call this, but has anyone else had this happen? This rack is a month old, and I've emailed Kuat about it. The little plastic bit on the side comes right out of the rack when I pull up on the wheel retainer. I can pull it out completely and it just falls right out, and it d ... Read More »
