Strengths: This frame is crazy strong and the color isn't bad either...Weaknesses: It's a bit heavy, and by a bit, I mean a lot.Bottom Line: The Hooligan complete was a good deal for the money, but overall the bike sucks... really sucks. I took the frame and built it up from scratch and my setup only wieghs 26lbs. That maybe heavy by todays standards but trust me... I'm 6'6 230lbs, any lighter then that and stuff starts to break.

Bike Setup: 1 piece mongoose crank w/38 teeth, and 16 tooth cog on the axle. tough parts all around except rims..theyre a little weak and easy to dent
