from ny,NY Date Reviewed: March 19, 2012 Strengths: Weight Weaknesses: Poor customer service. Bike broke down on my nephew used after six months. The plastic compression fitting for the sterring stem cracked. If this is not bad enough the company representatives have continues misled me that they would send a replacement fitting. I was told every time I called that it would be put in the mail the next day. I called 4 weeks in a row and talked to 3 people and was given the same story. But Eric was the best of the actors at Intense bike. Every time I talked to him 3 weeks in a row he swore the part was sent. Asked him straight up if they would ever replace it for which he told me it was sent and he would search to see what the problem is. I'm still waiting for the call back.
