Strengths: I WILL END THIS ARGUMENT ONCE AND FOR ALL. the frame is nice, not so rigid and light as the higher end bikes, but diamondback did bring out an affordable yet highly competitive and attractive bike. the bike is well balanced, came with 3pc i was stoked for a few days, the seatpost and seat are pretty good. 9/16 pedals are good a flamin five went down alittle after two weeks...
Weaknesses: the 3pc. crank feels like a stock 1pc, and its bolts comes loose all the time. tire threads and grips wear very quick, needs chain tensioners, bars are way too long, forks are too beefy for the bike, rims are not so tough, dicta freewheel skips sometimes.
Bottom Line:
the bottom line is...the guy who said that the rear-end flexes in too much, has he considered the rear-end is wide? and that its aluminum?yah aluminum is a much weaker metal you know. and that dude jordan?hmmm mom bought all state-of-the-art parts. i bet my '98 freeagent eluder with 44th gt overdrive chainring, gt stilletto forks, gt mohawk wheelset, specialized spanky tires, xs chaintensioners.odyssey a-brake with tektro talon will make him run for the money. o0o0o00o0ohhhhhhhhhh!!!sorry guys I left this bike stock for a while, but i will build it up once you see this, i know the bike has potential, i raced it once against the big dawgs with bikes like jordan...the bike does have a fighting chance!!!!!i am buying parts for it after my newer bike is really done 125R.
Similar Products Used: back then was the haro sr71, gt box series, yah these are highter end frames for like 450?for a frame? complete? ummm well not too many aluminum complete race bmx bikes yet. more chromoly like the dk legend, hoffman pro series bmx(shortlived) and some others
Bike Setup: ahhh you know from the other reviews pretty much all parts were named.

Strengths: Tough Frame, Double wall wheels, Tight brakes, and rides great
Weaknesses: Crank is good except for the stupid f***ing bolts...they loosen very easily, too wide of handle bars, and stiff seat
Bike Setup: new chain tensioner, new seat, new grips, new handle bars, and new crank

Strengths: very dependable, light, great balance in air, good cranks, great paint, sturdy fraim, wide handle bars for good controlle. The crank is easy to take off with, coasts well.
Weaknesses: the stock tires wear easily, grips tear easily
Bottom Line:
the best bike i'v ever had, for racin, jumpin, muddin, and crashin. It'll last for a long time w/ a few modifications.
Strengths: It is very light. The forks have not bent on me yet.
Weaknesses: The rear tri part of the frame is very weak it bends when I tighten my wheel. It has a piece of sh*t crank. And the wheels could have come out of somebody's a** for all I care.
Bottom Line:
It is a good bike for parts. It is red and it goes clink clink clink!!!
Weaknesses: bars are too wide, cranks rather flimsy, seat is torture device. frame is a little long 4 urban trick stuff, stock wheels are crap
Bottom Line:
This bike is damn good for the money.IT's also very tough, as I have been HARD on mine for months now and it's still almost perfect. except4 cables I've not had to replace anything due to failure or breakage. I admit that the bars and stock wheels and some other things kinda suck. But 4 the money ($300 new. I paid $50 for mine) you can't beat it. As long as your not completely pro at BMX and need something better or filthy rich and can afford better I would DEFINITELY recomend this bike. By the way, Jordan (the a**hole a few spaces above me) doesn't know what the F**K he's talking about. Ride the F**cking bike B4 you slam it.
Bike Setup: haro oversized crank, dica freewheel, gt-rythm sytem rims, haro pedels, kink fat boy chain, primo handelbars, gt seat, and 2 max daddy treads.
