Strengths: I am writing about the 2011 Stevens Glide Max all mountain. IMO crazy light 26 lbs. Rides fast , can't feel the slightest bump, it seems very stiff when you crank on it and accelrates rapidly as if perfect energy transfer, yet still absorbs every bump without feeling sofox talasft. No pedal bob. powerful brakesWeaknesses: None really. Brakes are still very new and squeal a bit, but stop you from mach speeds with just one fingerBottom Line: Yes the most expensive bike I have personally bought. But this thing is a rocket that handles the bumps, and you'll be seeing me on some marathon winners podiums with this bike this year! If you are interested in racing marathons then this bike is for you. If you are a weekend warrior you would love to ride this bike, but I think it is a little spendy for the weekend rider, but if you got the cash then get it. I'm pretty sure you will want to treat this bike nice, the wheels seem so light that I don't know how they would handle any serious drops.
