Strengths:    superbly built frame and suspension geometry

Weaknesses:    none so far

Bottom Line:
seems to be lighter than marin attack trail with more travel.Climbs superbly on steep climbs, with no front wheel loft. Rear seems to dig in. descends great and tracks nice on singletrack. Can ride with the rest on lighter xc bikes and rag it downhill. Rode it after a hard week working days and nights and came back knackered and then this week did the same ride on my carbon trance and was slightly less knackered as expected.Great bike, cannot think what I would replace it with. anyone who needs 6 inches of travel should consider this bike.

WTB: Slayer Cult or SXC SE anodized frame, 16.5"

Was originally going to pick up a 16.5" 2008 Slayer SXC SE in stealth anodized, but Rocky is sold out already. Wanted to see if anyone has one for sale, or even the older Slayer Cult SE frameset. Please let me know if you do, or have any leads on any for sale. Thanks!Read More »
