Strengths: Wicked light. Great components. Peee-lush suspension.Weaknesses: Devil seat (wouldn't let my dog chew it!). Paint chips easily.Bottom Line: I bought this bike without riding it first. Just reviews and word of mouth from a buddy who has the aluminum HiFi. Bike shop gave me a screaming deal (retailed for over $3800.00)so I took the plunge. Happy that I did. Climbs like a billy goat on crack. At 185 lbs. it seems so light that it feels like it would snap, but is stronger than it feels (or so I am told). The seat is something you could just leave at your point of purchase. As long as it holds up this will go down as my all time whip!

Strengths: Weight, ComponentsWeaknesses: May be too light, SeatBottom Line: I so wanted to give this bike a good review. It's an unbelievable ride when it's not broken. I've only had it 3 Months and I'm on my 2nd frame waiting for the 3rd (yea it's broken again), I've broken 2 frames on the seat tube just above the swing link mount. Broke the seat rail after 10 weeks, and broke the drive side chain stay in a G out I've been through 1000 times on my old Sugar! Thank God for an EXCELLENT LBS and lifetime warranty!!! Like I said in the weaknesses "may be too light", I'm 215 lbs average rider (not too much stress on the bike) come on Gary this thing is classified as an "All Mountain" bike. I ride in Houston Texas, not too many mountains around here! This thing should hold up better for the PRICE!!!!!

Strengths: Extremely light, Brakes are incredible, top of the line componants, highly adjustable suspension.Weaknesses: A little flexy coming out of corners with the hammer downBottom Line: This bike is really fast when you put the hammer down. I have had no problems, not even a flat. I like to ride extremely tight rough single track and this bike just tears it up. I know the price is high, but compared to the price of it's competitor the stumpjumper carbon and the magazine reviews; this bike will give you more for the money. You won't be disappointed.

Strengths: Super light and very ridgid. Brakes are precise and strong. Long top tube dimension works well for my long torso frame.Weaknesses: I'm a little scared of knicking the carbon fiber bars, neck and/or frame. You would'nt want to lay this bike down much. Also, the seat's gotta go.Bottom Line: The few pounds of difference between this bike and my Blur LT are more noticible than I expected. It "felt" faster because of the weight - all else being equal. It does'nt seem give up any terrain absoption either - very comfortable over anything. If you like the long top tube geometry of Gary Fisher bikes you will love this bike. It feals like a lighter, stronger Sugar with more travel.

Strengths: Light, Rigid, Great handling. Juicy Ultimate Brakes are easy pulling and strong grabbing. Suspension is highly adjustable and absorbs the trail beautifully.Weaknesses: Uncomfortable stock seat - it was a torture device. Creaking in the pivot points. A lot of difficulty getting the rear derailleur dialed in. Seatclamp is not quick release (to save weight I assume) which is inconvenient for large up and down hill rides. Paint peals at the slightest touch.Bottom Line: An amazing bike, weighing in at around 24 lbs. It is so light you hardly know that it is under you, and it handles like a dream. Handles perfectly at slow speeds, high speeds, in open terrain and during technical rides. Not as good looking as the Ibis, but still an eye catcher.
