Strengths: Excellent on the downhillsWeaknesses: Terrible ClimberBottom Line: If you gotta ride your bike up the mountain before hitting up some gnarly descends it's gonna take a lot of energy out of you. Lots of pedal bob with the rp 23 but understandable for the amount of travel, the talas 36 rc is an awesome fork, the specs on this bike are awesome, specially the hammer schmidt, i love that thing! very forgiving when taking the wrong line and it comes out the corners quick. Really proud of what db did with this bike, the knuckle box really is an awesome set up. my buddies are riding on specialized enduros and I'm smoking them down the trail. SHouldnt buy if you're planning on doing lots of climbing. excellent on technical sections. The tires are SIICK! The Mavic crossmax are great and take a pounding.

Strengths: Solid frame design with enduro sealed bearings, 1.5 tapered HT, Knuckle Box is smooth and limitless feeling, Lightweight build(FOR AM). Parts spec is perfect for me. Sram XO 10 spd. Mavic actually sent tubless parts with the wheels this time :)Weaknesses: As far as the frame. Nothing that I can see being a weekness, this bike is just sick, solid and can do anything. The FOX Talas was a RLC not RC2...Would like a Float RC2 instead.Bottom Line: The bike just rips downhill and can handle big drops and jumps no problem. Very good at climbing too, the RP23 Can dial you into a firm climb to a plush DH with a lever. The bike loves to go downhill and handles really well with low and tight linkage it is a feather underneath you. All the parts on the bike are sweet. XO brakes are the best brakes I've ever used. 10 XO is flawless. Hammerschimdt is so smooth and great for me because I do climb a lot to get to the top. 1x10 may be a option as I may build it into a more DH bike, which is the coolest thing about the frame. IT can do DH, AM, whatever. Just build it up how you like it.
Single sided pivot hardware make for easy cleaning and a nice look too. Just a really well make and executed design. Job well done Diamondback!
