Strengths: Dude, it is just STRONG. Welds are beyond perfect. Having a custom frame built for me is like wearing a tailored suit, it just fits perfectly. The ride is smooth and compliant. The geometry works out well. Why don't all bike makers take these things into consideration? Oh yeah, because it takes time and time is money. Kent has a hands on, one on one approach that can't be beatWeaknesses: Waiting is the hardest part. The end product has no weaknesses though.Bottom Line: Stop messing around. If you want the right bike for you, stop looking for it. It doesn't yet exist. But don't worry. Kent will build that perfect bike for you. Yes the price is a lot. But really, for the craftsmanship its a good value. And this is a bike that will last you a lifetime. Average that per year and it is a really great deal.

Strengths: Beautiful hand crafted work of art. Everything is perfect.Weaknesses: A little slow on tight turns in loose gravel.Bottom Line: At 60 years of age, I need all the mechanical advantage I can get. This bike delivers and is beautiful to look at as well. Kent and Katie were wonderful to work with, very patient and helpful. The 29 inch wheels combined with the ti frame gives a very forgiving ride. Eriksen delivered the bike to me complete and ready to ride.

Strengths: This bike handles like a dream. Helps me keep up with the young guys. It's fast, responsive, stable, and easy on the body. Awesome attention to detail. Dealing with Kent and his enthusiasm is a pleasure. It gives you an insight as to what cycing is all about...It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny.Weaknesses: The bike doesn't like the garage, so I have to keep it in the house.Bottom Line: This is a great bike. I have had many great bikes, however this one is the cream of the crop. It does it all. I have a blast every time I get out to ride. If you are ever in Steamboat Springs, do yourself a favor...even if you're not looking to buy a new ride....Stop in and chat with Kent and Katie...and take one out for a spin......you won't regret it....

Strengths: Kent make a beautiful bike. Most of my time on this bike has been in ultra-events - 4 this year. This bike has been flawless and comfortable. My cycling skills are mostly limited to road racing and this bike allows me to feel like I've racing dirt every weekend.Weaknesses: Didn't buy an Eriksen earier....Bottom Line: This is a great bike - Kent was great to work with in getting the bike sized and spec'd. Wish there was more 100 milers to take this to locally. See you at the Shenandoah 100!
Favorite Trail: Anything close to a 100 miler

Similar Products Used: Previous bike was a Trek 9.8 - Carbon 26" Hardtail. Another nice ride.
Bike Setup: Bike Doctor(Great LBS) built up the frame set with Industry 9 wheels, XTR components, Bontrager Carbon Cranks, Magura Brakes and the rest of the bike is bling. The Frame came with a Maverick DUC 32 fork (a bit much travel for my needs). Bikes weighs ~23.5 lbs.
