Strengths:    Light bike ,Great climber, great technical climber, good trail bike, good coming down too, good fork with thru axel makes for good steering, will roll up most things and over most things. Not as hard to turn in tight sections as you would imagine
Love the wide handlerbars, downtube is so wide you don't need a crud catcher.

Weaknesses:    Kenda Karmas have no grip and no puncture resistance even to gorse.
Seat post wont keep saddle level
Giants decals are awful they make the bike look like a advertisement, not exactly classy or good looking.
The black tyres and deep black rims rims make the bike look rotten like a monster truck. The rims were supposed to be silver which made it look a lot better.
Blue alloy nipples look nice but will crack
Front brake real weak, rear brake squeals like a pig

Bottom Line:
Excellent bike.
I find myself reaching for the 29er most times except the tyres are always flat.
Ditch the tyres get a decent tubeless set up and get a proper seat post.
Small 29ers look daft, the large and XL look in proportion and will work if your 6ft+ if your under 6ft stick with 26"

Ugly bird but a great ride!
