Strengths:    FFFFFFFFFFFFFAST! 2 1/2 lbs in a 19.5" frame. 18 lbs total weight. If your not a climber, you will be after riding this. Comes with integrated Cane Creek Headset. New sliding dropouts are simple but effective.

Weaknesses:    Not really a weakness, but comes with a Fox fork. If you ride rigid, extra baggage and extra cash.

Bottom Line:
If you are looking for a no compromise, rigid, race ready rig-there is no other frame to look for. You will not be disappointed.

Strengths:    Very light weight! Solid, precision steering. Very good compliance on rough stuff. Excellent high speed and tight steering. Did I say it was light? 29er!

Weaknesses:    None that I know of. Not a fan of integrated headsets (would like to try the new King Integrated, but not quite sure it will fit).

Bottom Line:
Great bike. I also have a Superfly geared. Love the Carbon 29er set-up. Running with the Niner rigid carbon fork feels like my other Fly with the Fox RLC. Have both bikes set up identical and it's easy to switch bikes. Have won overall sport classes on local races against geared riders on this ride. I'm consistently the fastest rider on my local group ride, again against geared riders. Rode this bike once and sold the Titus Ti 29er. I have had no problems with the 1st gen track drop-outs. No slipping and don't have a chain tensioner. $1000 on Craigslist for a unused carbon fiber frame. Great deal. Built up at 15.67 lbs with Schwalbe Furious Freds. Weighs in at 17.5 for a fully durable trail bike. Ride 2-3 times a week on it no problem.
