    Strengths:    Stiff, strong, cheap, and they look great.

    Weaknesses:    Probably too heavy for those who are hypersensitive about weight.

    Bottom Line:   
    Great wheels for the price, and if you look on ebay they are plenty of them that come with XT hubs.
