Weaknesses: The bladder itself is fantastic and is very easy to clean. The bite valve is terrible. I had one leaking and delt with it for a while. I was in Moab and decided to get a new one at one of the bike shops. Luckily I was able to find the exact replacement tube & bitevalve. This one didn't leak...... for almost 30 minutes! Terrible design..... The pack itself is fine....
Bottom Line:
The pack itself is great. I like the fit. The bite valve is the worst part of the whole system. I wouldn't buy it again because of the POS bite valve..... There should be a free upgrade!! (Isn't there a recall on this freaking thing???) No wonder you can't find these things anymore!!! 3 chilis for the value of the pack itself... I give it 1 chili as an overall rating only because they don't let me give negative chilis......
Strengths: None. Ok, well price but that won't make up for the weakness.
Weaknesses: The bite valve sucks. This is the worst piece of shyte I have ever seen for a hydration tank. The so called "screamer valve" leaked water the whole time while I had it filled. Nothing I could do to keep it from leaking. The valve design seems to be inherently flawed.
Bottom Line:
Lots of bad feedback from others on this system. I only wished I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Supergo credited me when I called to complain and they didn't even ask for the product back. They informed me they had lots of calls and complaints about this product!
