Strengths: Very light, comes with alloy bolts and plastic ones to replace the unused bolts on you weight weenies frames...
Weaknesses: Doesn't hold bottles...
Bottom Line:
As much as I like the very low weight of that cage, as soon as you get in rough trails, you'll lose the bottles so I find it pretty useless on a mountain bike. Works fine on a road bike though.
