    Strengths:    great customer service...lots of room

    Weaknesses:    stuck zipper...fixed with a drop of tri flow

    Bottom Line:   
    Great roomy bag....great price...had a problem with zipper...offered to replace..very quick response from company...in end no need..fixed bag myself. will buy from again...good alternative to the "other" bigger companies.
