Camelbak(R) has reworked its drinking valve to deliver twice the flow of the original design. The bigger valve is just as easy to use as before, but delivers more liquid when you need it; great for tough workouts, competitions or hot weather. Made of a durable, medical-grade silicone compound that stays pliable in extreme temperatures.

never fails, doesn't leak, ease of use

cost

source rapid valve (dreadful)

Voodoo Erzuli, LX mostly
Bottom Line:
I fitted this on my source system after the "rapid valve" failed. No complaints about this except the price (£5.99 in UK)for what is in effect a piece of rubber, hence only 4 stars. You don't need the L piece adaptor for this to be honest, it is fine as it is.
