Strengths: Great for keeping your back wetWeaknesses: Not very good at water storageBottom Line: The quick release pipe seal lasts about a month - useless after that.
This was a gift, and is my first Camelbak, and whilst the rucksack has been ok, I am put off the brand if they can't get this bit right after many years experience.
I thought this brand was supposed to be THE standard in Reservoirs?
Maybe they meant the worst standard?

Strengths: flatter design is the ONLY improvement over previous model reservoirs...Weaknesses: Leaks/leaks/leaks... Quick disconnect O-ring on the removable tube will not seal. Pack always is wet by the end of the ride. The 1/4 turn big mouth cap is poorly designed as well and I've had that leak. I've had Camelbak packs for >13 years and this is the worst so called "improvement" they've come up with.Bottom Line: ditch it and use the older style Omega reservoirs. Thank goodness I still have a few of them.

Strengths: This reservoir came with a new Mule NVWeaknesses: LeaksBottom Line: At first glance the q/r tube connection and the 1/4 turn wide mouth fill cap seem like solid improvements over older versions.
And then they leak!
The o-ring on the cap continues to roll out of shape and the q/r loves to leak on cold night rides.
Bottom line: don't buy it!

Strengths: Easy opening 1/2 turn filler cap
Internal baffle distributes water wellWeaknesses: This is the 2nd Antidote bladder I've had and it leaks just like the last one did from around the quick release hose connection. The new design sucks big time, if you have any pressure on the bladder when it is in your camalbak fluid will seap out from around the quick release mech for the hose and soak your pack. Its not good when your 20 miles into a 40 mile ride in the desert to find you've lost a lot of valuable fluid !!!Bottom Line: Dont buy the antidote - unless you like having the contents of your backpack soaking wet - Camalbak have really got this design wrong !! - have a google and you will see loads of bad reviews on other web sites as well.

Strengths: noneWeaknesses: the Quick Link connection system leaks!!!!Bottom Line: I have been using CamelBaks for over 20 years and have been satisfied with their products until now. The Quick Link connection system on this newest incarnation of CamelBak is a total failure!!!! It leaks! Do not buy this.
