Strengths:
Very easy to get into without pulling it out of the cage or dismounting. Easy to swap from bike to bike. Looks great on the bike.
Weaknesses:
Won't fit into some carbon cages. Competes with your water bottle for cage space.

Bottom Line:
Overall a very cool product, and at 10 bucks it's a good value. Much better than cutting the neck off an old bottle. Very accessible. I use mine for glasses, energy bars, keys. My friends put their tools in their's. The foam lining reduces chatter.
