Strengths: Cheap, no frills, so far durable and stable.Weaknesses: No bells and whistles.Bottom Line: For the money, a good buy. It's lasted about 200hrs worth of "typical" riding without any problems. The only thing that worries me is a lack of on-bike resistance adjustment, so to change my pace, I rely on the gears. I sometimes wonder how many "hard, uphill sprints" the bearings on the trainer will take. But so far, no problems.
