Ditching the rear wheel, your bike is connected right to the trainer which then employes magnetic resistance for an unbelievably quite training experience. Five resistance levels are controlled from the handlebars and the wide stance of the trainer gives excellent stability. The Silencer Direct Drive Mag Trainer is available with or without a 10 speed Shimano/SRAM cassette.
