Strengths: size, weight, priceWeaknesses: noise caused by small centrifugal air fanBottom Line: Maybe not enough resistance for all out biker but more than enough for dayly rider. Noisey. Folds up easily and takes up little room.

Strengths: inexpensiveWeaknesses: not enough resistanceBottom Line: I'm not the fastest or strongest biker but this trainer seems to be for novices. The resistance could clearly be increased and it seems rather noisy. Use it if you haven't rid a bike before. Stationary bikes have much more to offer for a decent workout. What a shame,I thought I got a deal.
