Park Tool Supergrip Carbon and Alloy Assembly Compound creates a better grip between slippery surfaces, so you don't have to deal with slippery seatposts, stems, or handlebars anymore.
Strengths: Makes for VERY strong grip on surfaces that you don't want to slip.
Weaknesses: The grit is large, much bigger than the comperable FSA grip compound. This is good if you're using on something like bars that may slip, but will chew up any seatpost you use it on. It tore up alloy posts, I could only imagine the damage it could do to a carbon post.
Bottom Line:
Basically it makes for serious grip, but it will damage seatposts. If you don't move your alloy post much it's probably ok, but I wouldn't suggest it for a seatpost you adjust regularly and would never use it with carbon.posts. It will just tear them up.
