Product Description
Fits most cassette lockrings including Shimano®. (Note: You must hold freewheel with chain whip tool such as the Park Tool Sprocket Remover
SR-1 or
SR-2). Heat treated alloy tool steel, one inch base fits wrench or bench vise. Thin wall construction allows use without removal of cones and locknuts. Always use a skewer or axle nut to hold remover firmly in place. As an option, add the FRG-1 to speed removal and installation process.

Strengths: No moving parts. It's Park. It saves my rides, budget, bike, etc. by allowing me to clean my cassette properly. With a chain whip and some clean solvent and you're set. Next ride no one will look at your bike and think you live at the old, dirty grease factory.Weaknesses: None. It works. That's Park.Bottom Line: To clean your bike properly between rides you really need to remove the cassette. You can get away with not but you're not that type of rider are you? You like to have smooth shifting, on demand power and long lasting power train parts. Yeah. You're demanding but that's just who you are. So you get a chain whip and remove the free wheel and clean the damn thing. See you on the trail. Pedaling not repairing.
