The SCW-28 uses the same ?Y? head design and industrial phosphate finish as all our shop cone wrenches, but in a new 28mm size for the cones found on some newer Shimano 20mm thru-axle hubs (XTR, XT, and Saint).

Hi peeps, DIY way to go for inexpensive cone wrench ?
I'd sure like to buy some, but they're way overpriced and I used them maybe 3-4 times a year. But I have a bunch of normal wrenches, so I'd figured I could simply grind them down to the thickness needed and have a full set for under $20.

Should I just pay the difference and get the park wrenches? (I know I should.....but being cheap is a curse at times)
Seriously, is there much of a difference in quality between the icetoolz and park? (both sets of wrenches look pretty cheaply made)
