Strengths: Works well as a paperweight.Weaknesses: Is there anything metal on this "tool". Bought it as an inexpensive backup if needed, and the first time i used it, the large combo wrench broke in half(still looking for the other half). Listen to me carefully....DO DO DO NOT NOT NOT buy this item. If you do, you have been warned and any injuries you or your bike sustain as a result are your own fault. Nuff' said!Bottom Line: products sucks!

Strengths: Your friend feel better because you have a chance at fixing their bike because they dont feel it is neccessary to carry tools with you.Weaknesses: The unit itselfBottom Line: I got this tool kit, a seat bag, and patch kit for $6.00 from nashbar during some sale. It is possible that you could use it to fix your bike, but not likely. Every thing takes longer to fix on the trail than at home and this kit will make it even longer. The thing that has the spot for tightening nuts always gets in the way when trying to turn it. You really do get what you pay for, not very much.

Strengths: well.......in a pinch it MAY help.Weaknesses: Very cheap construction. You definitely get what you pay for. Mine has fallen apart twice, and is a pain to put back.Bottom Line: This tool is a piece. I've had to put it back together twice after trail riding. The two bolts come apart from the trail vibrations in the pouch. I'm going to loc-tite them together to see if it helps. Would be useful if it stayed together.

Strengths: Not many.Weaknesses: Bulky, hevy, loud, soft metal, poor design, zero durability,no chain tool.Bottom Line: My little brother had one of these out on the trail and had yet to use it. We went riding and about 30 minutes into the ride, his brakes dove under the rim and caused all sorts of bad problems.
I used the Nashbar tool to sucessfully free the brake bolt then the thing literally fell apart in my hands. The plastic plates that hold it together cannot withstand even a little torque, and just let the pins fall out. When this happened, all the tool heads fell out on the trail. After recovering the one I needed, I found that I had to use a big stick through the eyelet as there was no handle to twist the tool with. I am a mechanic at a shop here and this 5 minute job became a frustrating, sweaty 20 minute ordeal that could have been avoided with a decent tool. Because I lost some of the tiny parts of the tool,my little brother can't even return it.
I cannot reccomend this tool to anyone, as it is of such ridiculously poor quality that to even call it a "tool" is a joke.
