This tool uses the dropout to check the frame for symmetry by checking the relationship of the axle mounts to the centerline of the frame itself. One is looking for symmetrical measurements driveside to left side. It has several sets of sleeves for use in forks as well as 130, 135 and 160 mm rear dropout spacing.
